25. Balancing Surrender with Structure
In this episode, we explore the balance between masculine and feminine energy. We discuss the concepts of structure vs. freedom, and how we actually need to release control in order to find flow. I take you through my journey of surrendering to the divine plan and letting go of societal conditioning and control.
I speak to how creating a direct connection with God and my higher self through my own lived experience has been a massive catalyst in allowing myself to surrender the deep level of control I was holding onto in my own life. I share my experience of finding a balance between surrender and structure, and a massive realization I had when I realized that structure and control are not the same thing. I speak to the integrated need for structure to support the flow of creativity and intuition, and that this integration actually allows us to show up and take action on what we are meant to create.
